Thank you.  I'll keep you in mind for the next time I build a shrimp tank.  This time I bought from a larger vendor, thinking they were the breeder (yes, I'm that much of a "newbie").  The shrimp are imported... so far I seem to be lucky, but I have heard that USA breeders tend to have hardier stock, so I am interested.  Just starting the hobby.  Next time, when I purchase Caridina instead of Neocaridina, it'll be from a US breeder.

I live in Florida I send out shrimp every Monday and Saturday priority mail and cover all doa eith less then 1% doa

I do not. I actually moved the plants about a week or a week and a half before I purchased the shrimp. My cryptocryne undulata took a while to start dying off. Definitely learned my lesson. Im not going to touch anything just going to do a large water changes and while im at it im going to shoot for a lower gh like 3-4.

Got many shrimps from TGOE last month.  Super satisfied. Stardust grows super fast. Did not lose a single shrimp too.
