That ph sounds better for crystals and mischling. When they breed and you get tb's you need to keep PH down or they might not make it.

I do my mix for my OEBT with my SS GH+ 
 
start with:
5g RO water Kh: 0 GH: 0 TDS: 3-4
 
Mix 1 scoop full (the one that comes with bottle) end result:
Kh: 0 Gh: 5-6 TDS 105-115
 
Tank sits at: Kh: 0 Gh: 5-6 and TDS: 160-165  Temp: 70-72
 
Like Randy it took me a few tries to finally get this darn things breeding like I wanted them. I think it also has to do with where the OEBT originally come from. I had 3 well know breeders I purchased from and they all arrived looking great and even grew just fine, but I never could get the young to survive even with "pristine" water.
 
When I finally found a breeder who was raising his OEBT is the same water parameters as mine I jumped on it and had 0 issues since.

37th Day Update:
 
Shrimps below are added into the tank. I had acclimiated them around 2 hours via drip method and introduced them to my tank near 2 mischlings. Frankly Blue Bolt's colour is not promising now but we will see as it grow up. The reds are really awesome and little guy panda is cute. I hope I will be luck with my pack and will get some babies soon.

The PH sounds kinda high for mischlings. Mine are hardy as long as the PH was low heck I even toss some in a new tank to test it out with no issues.
 
How old is the tank?
 
 
and do you have an active substrate like say ADA or any other brands?
 
If you use RO water without an active substrate your PH will swing up and down because of the 0 KH.
 
My cherry shrimp tank was Eco-complete with RO water and the PH would swing from 6.5-7.2 but they never seem to care.
