  1. Peewees don't do well for me if I receive them for some reason. Juvies acclimate better in my tanks.
  2. I hear ya Mayphly! I get concerned over my critters in transit, too!
  3. Love the story about getting them. SO glad they are okay for you!
  4. I needed to hear this. Great news! Thank you for posting this Crazyfishlady!
  5. Packed up 16 bags of shrimp/crays. Went to the post office only to find out it closed an hour before. Came home, released 16 bags of critters, only to have to catch them on Monday. Anyone ever have a similar experience? So mad at myself right now I could puke!
  6. I hear ya. Have hope. I've had packages last 10 days in the mail before.
  7. February 6, 2015 , 8:42 am Arrived at USPS Facility FEDERAL WAY, WA 98003
  8. That's what makes pink bolts very hard to identify. I've seen goldens with orange/red tissues that show through.
  9. Sooooooooooo, just a quick update...I auditioned last week, and today I just got off the phone with the casting director and writer of the soap opera... I got a part. YAY!
  10. Yepper. The tracking for yours hasn't been updated since the 3rd, Crazy. I'm hoping somehow they'll arrive for ya today. "Your item departed our USPS facility in ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL 60007 on February 3, 2015 at 5:54 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination."
  11. Rye, I've heard some people say it doesn't buffer either. Not sure why as it does just fine for me, and has for more than a couple years. Do you use RO or tap?
  12. Almost any mineral is beneficial to shrimp when you think about it, but really products made for remineralizing water such as SS have been studied and put together to have the maximum benefit to shrimp.
  13. I know there have some been some issues with people having funky purigen when opened and they had to rinse it. But I'm just grabbing at straws now.
  14. Lunar, I don't think I have any adult CPOs that are bigger than 1.5 inches. Pretty fish safe, but because they are small, not necessarily the other way around.
  15. I wasn't upset Elo. Just wondering what it had to do with the thread. LOL Now I know.
  16. BTW Congrats on them eating pellets. I know many people get frustrated with them only eating off algae and powdered foods.
  17. er...thanks? What does that have to do with mini cpos? heh
  18. Well, if you need some BBRR to help with your red blue dream, I can help you out from a project I've been working on. Don't know if it's compatible or not, so either you'll get some usable genetics or wilds in f1.
