    I really like that DIY. The challenge I have with that is that the holes in the double wall are perfect for shrimp fry to get into and there's no way to get them out.

    Their 13 x 13 x 2 is $13 + shipping. Angelsplus custom cuts, so I could do 12 x 10.5 x 2 for 9.58 + shipping for my tenner I was hoping to do much better though...

    Provided my memory serves correctly, the packaging states The gh+ is 1 scoop per 5 gallons. The gh/kh is 1 scoop per 2 gallons.

    Shouldn't have to get new equipment, since most is plastic or glass anyway, and your substrate should be able to be cooked in the oven methinks.
