Soothing Shrimp

I prefer Kordon, but for now the price has Kordon beat and are much more sturdy. Also the shrimp tend not to stick in teh bag when releasing. After these bags are done, I'll prob go back to Kordon again though. Just because I like the textural feel better.

I do it for practical purposes, so I don't care if it looks messy.

Yeah. Fine if you have a heat sealer and are willing to do the extra work. I just don't like the extra work involved.

Many people just keep shrimp in the nets until berried and then let them free in the tank to have fry. The theory is that the larger room helps develop the fry, and they have more food to find.

I have a routine of washing my hands with tap water or dish soap before doing shrimp stuff. dish soap strips hands of oils, etc- and if I have to add gasoline or anything with chems on a day, I don't come near shrimp water with my hands. My wife thinks I've overly cautious. I think she's right, but I have my reasons.
