    LOL Since it is illegal in so many states, it wouldn't be worth it. My largest were about an inch as well.

    I've often thought it would be fun to have a contest here on Shrimp Spot to see who could grow the largest ramshorn in a given amount of time.

    Just one shrimp may run you as much as soil. I feel for ya on the expense. High quality shrimp are expensive, too. I've used UP shrimp sand with good results. It's less expensive than some other soils, but not really for plants.

    I haven't had a lot of time to focus on my dark brown chocolate project this year. However now, I'm back at it. As a result, I have some chocolates that look nice but don't fit into my dark brown project. Some may have a tint of maroon, others a light milk chocolate.     As an experiment I put a healthy shrimp in the affected tank. Less than 24 hours later it is showing the brown gills as well.
