  1. We’re all done here! Thank you everyone who helped me move roughly 200 Blue Dreams and 30 Crystal Shrimp. Enjoy them!! (I might hit you up for some once we get situated in our new house?) Poor cherries didn’t get any love. I’m taking those to the LFS tonight. Thanks again all!
  2. Updated the original post with this too. Someone must want some nice cherries!? Roughly 25-30 of them @ $2 ea.
  3. Mike, only 5 left. I’d only get em if ya really want em or combine them with 25 killer cherries. (Because shipping)
  4. We got together today. Yours are on their way (along with three other orders today!). Shipped out 100 shrimp today alone! The blue dream tank is finally looking sparse! Thank you again all! -Rob
  5. Thanks everyone helping me move these shrimp. I have a lot of PM's. I "Think" I got with everyone. Shrimp quantities updated above! Still need to get rid of some CRS ( 5+1 of them ) and about 20 Cherries. Thanks again!
  6. Penia, sounds good to me! I have atleast 20 Cherries and 100 (easy) Blue Dreams. PM me how many you wanna pay for
  7. Moving Sale! These shrimp gotta go! Update: Some of you have asked/advised that my prices are hurting the shrimp market. Please understand, these shrimp are offered at a VERY heavy discount for the purpose of moving them quickly. I am moving out of my home in VA and moving to MD. Most of these shrimp, outside of the original breeding stock, are young adults/juvenile (Especially the blue dreams as I have HUNDREDS). My LFS typically purchase my shrimp from me. However, they are too small at this time to be offered to the direct market. They are perfect however for the hobbyist looking to expand. The LFS easily sells them for $5ea. (I get 1/3 of their price for store credit, not cash. Its not the best deal, but we are a "Fish Fam" and we get our fish and food for free and are very thankful to have the shrimp provide for our hobby) CRS - Sold Out Blue Dreams - Sold Out Sakura grade Cherry's: Sold to LFS Order all the shrimp ya want! 12$ shipping. (will combine shipping) DOA: Photo of dead shrimp in unopened bag within 1hr of drop off. Paypal FnF preferred. Edit: trying to add some video of the blue dreams.
  8. I hear ya. Its gravel in the front 3rd, Fluvial Stratum in the back 2/3'rds so he can dig. I've always had clowns, and they get BIG. Wanted something different.
  9. NichAus, I hear you, read the same, expected the guppies to potentially fall apart, but they're doing really well now for a few months. Only males. You're right on the Loach, its a Sergeant Major loach, but it and the Pleco are bro's for sure. The loach is always up on the pleco and they just chill together. You can see the pleco in the pic, he's small. When he gets too big, he goes in the 75gal Cichlid tank and Sarge will get a new friend. The CPD's didn't like the soft water for sure....
  10. Yeah, they're Red Cherry Shrimp. They've already bred and the shrimplets are growing like weeds! Started w/ 3, now there are about 20. Guess I just need to be a bit more cautious with my stocking as far as fish go. Dang those CPD's were nice though! Now I'm gonna have to setup another tank.... #youknowwhatimtalkinabout!
  11. Hey all! Setting some shrimp tanks up in the new home finally! Well water is 6.0 pH out of the tap, 0 Nitrates, and about 100 TDS. I have a 16gal UNS cube setup using Fluvial Stratum, its currently housing guppies/endlers/ottos/loach/pleco/neons and some RCS that are already multiplying. Any concerns w/ the lower pH? I figured the guppies weren't dying in the lower pH, tried some Celestial Pearl Danios and they didn't last 48hrs Since I've already setup the tank w/ the Stratum, maybe a small bag of aragonite/coral stones to bring the pH up to the 6.5 realm I'm thinking. Thoughts?
  12. Hey guys. On my way back to the hobby (Finally after our move). Thinking of doing a UN 60U tank w/ glass hardware. Low tech, with some CRS. Glass hardware, clear tubes, canister filter below the tank to have the tank as the main focus to relax and enjoy. Question: The glass hardware (never used it before). I'm assuming they're typically slotted small enough that adult shrimp can't get sucked in, but I imagine any babies might get sucked into the canister. Do they make input tubes w/ smaller holes? If not, I imagine hiding a glass tube w/ a sponge on the bottom behind a stone / plant won't be an issue, just curious. Thanks!
