It depends on what your goal is. Breeding to TB would create taitibee/pintos (spotted head, belly, and zebra). Breeding back to cbs/siblings would give you more tibee with more coloration and less orange/yellowish tinge. Over many generations creating Fancy Tigers.

If it has true orange eyes then it will be clear maybe with a tint of blue. Shrimp that have orange eyes can’t have white pigment. It might be hard to tell until it matures more to tell if it’s clear with true OE or white with redish eyes. 

Shrimplets often have lighter colored eyes that will darken as they age, I would wait a couple weeks before going all out on your breeding setup for these guys since there's a good chance it will fade.

Don't want to stamp out your enthusiasm, just keep an eye (ho ho) on them as they get older.

When crossing TB and Pintos. From my experience, you'll get both types. Pinto and TB. Just know the TB will carry the pinto gene as it's a some what of a pinto mischling now.

For instance using TT/AB, which are both Caridina Serrata, will give you fishbones and steelheads in later generations if crossed correctly. It really all depends on your goal in what you are trying to achieve. 
 
Now with tiger x tiger hybrids. That something a few ppl has done but you never hear what they crossed them with afterwards. I myself have crossed TTxRBT and offsprings came out looking like wild tigers but a bit greenish orange probably due to the TT color.

After confirming with a few European breeders. They said this one is an actual Red Steel. So now the next goal is to reproduce them and make sure the genes are stable.
