SS 8.5 doesn't dissolve well. I've heard even with co2 you will still end up with undissolved minerals in your tank. I was heating mine up as directed. With SK minerals it's smooth sailing.

Just received my batch and they look much better in person. I will continue this line and hopefully have some for sale in the next 6-8 months.

For remineralizer you might want to consider Dennerle's shrimp King Sulawesi Salt.

Or I'm just unlucky. Its a good thing they're not that expensive.

After a delay in customs my order finally arrived. I used Mayphlys directions and got the same results. R/O water at 0 TDS my params were 180 TDS, KH 4, GH 7 and  PH around 7.7. I think Dennerle's remin is a "Winner Winner Chicken Dinner !"

I'm consider bulk buy then reselling the foam...

If Flipaquatics still has them for $9.95 and 12.95 you should take advantage unless those sizes will not work for you. You might get it cheaper but like OEM said, you will have to buy in bulk.

I transfered mine when they were about 3 weeks berried. I acclimated them even though now I have pretty much same conditions in almost every shrimp tank. They're doing fine and about week later released the babies. Now I'm waiting for the females start breeding again...

Ok, I’m man enough to admit it…

It is again trimming time. I’d like to clean some of the moss in shrimps tanks before breeding season starts. Yes that is correct, somehow my breeding season is winter time.
Since the moss is coming from shrimps tanks no frets have been used. !00% algae free.
Only “bad “ thing is Malaysian Trumpet Snails .There are a lot of babies in it.You might get some new born No entry WR, Black pintos or Red Ruby WRs 
In my experience those snails are the best for leftover food control and substrate cleaning and aeration.

Arks prices for Cardinals are very reasonable and will be making a purchase next week for some. I also purchased some OEBT's from Ark and he also sent me 4 types of plants and 5 extras.

I don't recommend this to everyone, like I said I keep everything the same down to identical plants, wood, leaves and so on. When I do water changes I dont drip because I match the water. Shrimp can be touchy but I think some people make them out to be more delicate than they are. Shrimp are adaptable. Consistency is the key. You read some posts and people make shrimp keeping sound like its a lab experiment that has to be done in a contamination free environment in outer space. LOL
