I would read all the feedbacks you can BEFORE buying from a shop or a private listing. If they ship tropical fish or plants chances are they have a good feedback to stay in business. A good packing job is O.K., but a superior one is who you want to go with so look for comments on Great packing, all alive and well, plants to hang on to,, etc..
Post another Ad for shrimp your looking for with price your willing to pay and see who steps up?
So what are you wanting anyways?? what is your water like, tank size, seasoned or newer set-up???
I do have shrimp(red rilli's) and do pack for cold, and P.O. box beating in transit, but will not ship in extreme weather situations as it's not worth sending critters to a death sentence just for an impatient customer not willing to wait for that warm window of opportunity on either end!
