check with Han aquatics. He might have something.

Thanks for the response.  I know HAN products pretty well & used them for years.  Other than Snowflake & Hikari Shrimp Cuisine, I use HAN Foods to feed my shrimps.  Likewise, I've have a HAN SS screen on my Whisper 20 for a couple years now w/o issue.  Onto this specific issue, I can't find anything on his site that specifically fit a Whisper 30 & that's the info I really need.  :(

Since there aren't any visible directions that I am aware of regarding Mosura TDS Up, how much do you start with?

D, here's my water restructuring process for ultra magnificent shrimp water.  First, I dose w/a reliable remineralizer to get my preferred gH range.  For example, say 60ish TDS for 3 & upper 70s for 4gH.  Now, personally, I like to work between levels 3 to 5 gH but that's just me.

So, after that is complete, I breakout the Mosura TDS up & get my drop & smidgen spoons handy.  I use these to keep dosing simple & easy.  Basically, when I dose TDS up, I use these spoons to simplify/standardize the process of raising my TDS to desired levels.  Likewise & to make it easier for me, I have an old antique jar w/desiccant I put all my salt into to scoop out in leisure.

Finally, I'm very sure that all of the above elements needed for ultra magnificent shrimp water can be found here from other site members too.

With that said, you test to see what TDS with that batch of remineralizer = 4 GH, but if TDS turns out to be 90 to achieve a GH of 4 do you use TDS Up?

D, first I hit my target gH & then test to double check.  Afterwards, then bump it up w/Mosura TDS up using drop/smidgen spoons not to over do it.  Anyways, where all different but that's my process fellow spot members.  I think TDS up is available on the Shrimp Tank....

Not trying to get off subject here but to all thread posters above;  Do any of you use/keep TDS 2 meters on hand or just 1?  As for me, I keep 2 meters dialed in.  One as backup so I don't run into the aggravation of calibration issues over time.

I can't really tell from the first pics but do these have like tigery stripes? I had bad experiences buying tibees and then practically all of them looked like faded CRS CBS patterns :(

Hey, your right.  These don't have the patterns of my breeders & so they do look like CBS/CRS but they do have the genes I mentioned above.  So, I'm willing to sell them for a $1 a piece plus shipping.

    What mix made these Tibees?

Background includes:  Red Tiger, OE Blues & Aura for the Tiger genes; no Tangerine.  The Bee side of the mix includes at the very minimum Shadow Panda but mostly the upper end pinto genes.  All these come from my Mosura, Galaxy & Safari colonies & are very well kept.  I became a member here to find these guys a good home because I need room.

Hello, I'm very new here but honestly I've browsed the Shrimp Spot for years.  After long thought, today I finally became a member.  So, I'm into Tibee shrimp & my project is almost 3 years in the making.  Lately, I've been wanting to move some of my lower grade shrimps out to good homes.  These are just grade A but they have an awesome genetic background.  Guys, I would like to get $4.00 a piece & they have been well kept/cared for.   All shrimp sent will be packed as they should.

Will try to attach something soon.   Paypal only & shipping is $20 Priority & $40 Express.
