For anyone that is interested, I've split a 20gal long and a 30gal breeder using corner HMF's.  I used a black piece of acrylic siliconed in place to split the tank in both cases.  No issues so far.  

Here is an actual breakdown of what Autumn Picked Mulberry Leaves contain based on a study done in '98.

I powder all my ingredients in a blender, maybe that will help!  It takes quite a bit of time, but I enjoy the DIY aspect.  

Put them in a fully cycled tank by themselves and keep a close eye on them.  Watch for parasites, etc...

I almost have the Wife convinced to take a roadtrip.  ;0)

If you use an hmf but do two different layers of foam it would eliminate any problems of breaking the separation when you go to clean one of the sponges. also would be a great place to hide a heater in to heat both sides. I've thought about doing this before and it seemed to have no draw backs in my mind, also isn't as permanent as siliconing in glass or plexiglass
 
wow I never even thought about a t fitting instead of two different pipes, you're a genius! I'm definitely going to try this..

I am almost out and have a couple orders to ship, but once I catch them I will be able to get a more accurate count of the ones left. I think I have enough for another 12, but I'd rather be sure before committing to sell. I will let you know soon.
