I got mine last night as well. It's the perfect size for my 20g high planted tank. I'd definitely consider this for a 10g-20g shrimp tank. The best thing about it is the amount of media it can hold and the outflow is fully adjustable. I wish they'd make a clear one.

I'm planning on breeding these guys back with their mother. I really want to see the blue color pop with these guys.This is a pic of the mother I used.

I went ahead and ordered one. The tank I'm using it on is 18" high and will be planted heavily, I like all the media that you can fit in this canister. It also allows you to add the media of your choice.I'll probably exchange the bio-balls for rings instead.

These aurabees grow super slow. Not much change since last December. They're maybe a couple centimeters bigger. Almost ready to breed.

You have to check out Ocean Aquarium in the tenderloin. It's a small hole in the wall hidden gem in one of the not so greatest parts of town. The owners Justin and Addie are super nice and helpful. All their tanks are all planted and they have a great healthy selection of tropical freshwater fish. Dispite the name it's all freshwater aquaria. If you like betta fish they have tons. I have about 7 of the Beamsworks lights which I purchased from the second Ebay seller in your link. Some of them I've had for several years now and haven't had any issues with them. They grow low-med plants nicely.I haven't used them for high light plants so I can't comment there. Can't beat their price.
