These guys are healthy and home bred by me. These shrimp are the result of pseudo tibee (TT x CRS) crossed with Taiwan Bees. Their colors and patterns will vary. They are part of my pinto project which I have been working on for almost 2 years. The offspring from the shrimp you will receive will vary from pinto patterns, TB, steel and tibee patterns. I had a similar thing happen with one of my auras a while ago. I thought it was a bacterial infection. I isolated the shrimp and preformed daily small water changes to force it to molt. Towards the end of the week it had molted and looked normal again. Hopefully there's still hope for your tiger![emoji4] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Getting ready for f2 aura hybrid

It is a wild trait. I was always under the impression that it was associated with mostly female shrimp. However. I could be wrong. Right now I'm waiting to see what the f2 generation will look like. If the stripe remains from head to tail mixed with zebra stripes I will be happy. I also have aura with just the skunk stripe on the head which you see is common in most fishbone patterns.

Nice find! I keep my fancy tigers in bee parameters and they do fine. The closer your water parameters are to the parameters they came from the better off you will always be. Or, your shrimp will be. lol!

I've gotten taitibee and blue aura tibee that look like fancy red tigers as well. It's very difficult to say what shrimp was used to breed this fancy tiger. It could be Caridina cantonensis or Caridina Serrata. Both will have similar results.

I've seen pics of bi-colored shrimp before. But, this is my first. It's a bi-colored mischling.

This is the female aurabee which was crossed with the pinto. The "racing stripe" is often seen in female shrimp. Both neo and caridina.
