Spialz
Seems very fair. And I would definitely like on that list. What price point will you be releasing them at?
Soothing Shrimp
Not super expensive. I'm guessing around $20 ea. That's what I've bought new neo vars for previously.

Soothing Shrimp
So due to the fact of food playing such a big role in my current crays, I'm moving them out. I like 'em, but I'm a selective breeder and need colors! LOL I'm open to just about any trade, so they are in the market section here. Some people bought some from me this year and last year for aquaponics, which I thought was kinda cool.
MABJ
Just the marmokrebs or also dwarf Cajun Crays?
Soothing Shrimp
All brown/grey crays right now need to go, so I can focus on other animals. I just got in a trio of white crays that I'm keeping for the moment.

Spialz
Those are some great looking shrimp. Cant wait to see them next year! What kind of snails are those in the last pictures?
Soothing Shrimp
Thanks. They are my crown achievement thus far. Man was it tough making this strain! The snails are either pond or bladder snails. I forget which way the whirl is for which kind. LOL
Spialz
Pond snails….are those the ones that you see as "pest" snails in pet stores?
Soothing Shrimp
5 basic types of "common" snails that come on plants. Ramshorn Mini Ramshorn (tiny snails with shells flat on glass) Limpets (look like tiny white half clam shells on glass) Pond and Bladder Different views are held on these snails. Some people don't like snails. Too unsightly, "dirty" etc. Others like snails. They compact and clean up waste and food, clean algae (ramshorns) on glass and plants, and their "slime" is eaten as food by young shrimp. Some see them as a sign of a healthy environment. It really just depends what camp you fall into. countryboy12484
Triton
I try to exterminate as many as possible. I've learned shrimp loved crushed pond snails lol
thebuddha
How is your sonic bv project coming? do you sell off any culls or keep them breeding?
wicca32
soothing they are looking awesome. keep up the good work man. Soothing Shrimp
Soothing Shrimp
Thanks Wicca. buddha, I sell off previous generations to continue working with the current ones. If I don't sell them, I don't have money for equipment and shrimp food, etc. My whole world comes crashing down because it is too expensive to maintain. It's a delicate balance. The bv selling now are not Sonics, however I have to move those to get to the sonic generation being sold. The Sonics are doing great! I have some now that are almost as dark as my Sapphires! Crazy, huh?!?
evodrgn
Those green nessies look amazing! Glad to see how far they've progressed since the start of your Nessie project hehe
Soothing Shrimp
They really have. The cullings were incredibly painful for me. heh But as you can see, the result was worth it.
