Subtletanks91
My own homemade food. it's formulated with probiotics wich in turn help mature frays guts sooner so they can utilize nutrients at a younger age.
Merth
I prefer the hatched live bbs...teaches the fry how to hunt and I see better growth and activity from the fry however I use the decaps when my live arent ready yet.

When you use decaps, do you hydrate them for a while? If yes, how long?

Soothing Shrimp
Hatched are more work and eaten more readily. Also more mess. decap you can just feed immediately, not the mess, but the fish have to "learn" to eat it. OMG Aquatics
What do you mean by "learn"? Bought some decaps just to see if they like it, they eat it just like bbs.
miwu
Some will take a while to get used to it. Some never realize that it's food... I prefer hatched ones but I still sometimes use the decaps when my bbs hatchery fails. Soothing Shrimp
