mayphly
I have placed a large marina breeder box on the left side and a small box on the right side of my 7g Aquatop tank. Do you think this is too much for the tank to handle? It making me a bit nervous. lol!!
Greenteam
you can always add supports under the two to take the weight off. Like a book as a temp thing till you find a better idea.
mayphly
I guess if I had to ask it probably isn't a good idea. I took it off. Thanks!
Jadenlea
yikes. I am no engineer so I have no opinion but I can see why you would be worried mayphly
chibikaie
I've hung an XL breeder box off my 5.5 gallon, which is a hilarious sight as it is nearly as wide as the tank (if I recall correctly, it is almost a whole extra gallon of water). However, it is not a rimless tank and I have much more faith in its construction with the rim acting as a retaining wall.
