aquariumlover10
So I got a good gang valve for my b-day but it hangs on the side of your tank, so I have a full hood, and I have an area I want to cut so I can hang it, but not sure what to use to cut it, I have a kit with abunch of attachments, any idea what/which to use to cut? And really I just need to flatter an area, but its hard plastic soni am afraid of it breaking, it is also kinda old, probably 1.5 years or so. Soothing Shrimp
Why not just take it out of the case and let it hang, or rest on the shelf? I do that all the time.
aquariumlover10
It's on my dresser so there's no room, and I want it to be more convenient to adjust it.
chibikaie
I've only used the flat discs to cut things. Go slowly, have a good grip on everything, and wear eye protection.
aquariumlover10
Ok, I will try that tomorrow, I am just worried it will crack.

I suck at those flat discs. They keep breaking apart and shooting lethal shards all over.
aquariumlover10
Haha, I know, but I wear a jacket shoes and glasses when cutting, oh also a ski mask, though I need something for my neck.
chibikaie
I suck at those flat discs. They keep breaking apart and shooting lethal shards all over. This would explain why they are only half the original size when we replace them.I really don't take notice of things like that - I'm the one holding the rabbit, the anesthesia mask, or the alpaca.
