Soothing Shrimp
May be an orange rili, or maybe a true yellow rili. Beautiful rili pattern!
DETAquarium
Looks like a yellow rili, but we will see once it matures more if it keeps its coloration.
Soothing Shrimp
A lot depends if there is pigment on the shell, or pigment in the tissue. Pigment on the shell would be orange rili (at this point in time), and tissue would be yellow
robt666
if this is a rili the next babies will be rili's also??
Soothing Shrimp
There seems to be evidence of two types of rili (through breeders' posts). One is dominant, the other recessive. From playing with my rilis, all so far have been recessive for me- sometimes even to the point of not popping up again in the f2 generation. robt666
aw so its like 25 percent chance the babies will be same kind of rili
Soothing Shrimp
In a perfect world, yes...but we're dealing with shrimp, and the genetics aren't as simple as punnet squares most times.
