I am not sure where he is physically located but great service and awesome product. I received an email from there with a tracking number that allowed me to track my shipment, you should have received one as well. We ship EVERYTHING big or small, even if it costs us a bit more on postage via priority USPS mail. Often on larger orders we even eat the price of insurance.
