Soothing Shrimp
Do you think pocket screws are better at strength? If so, I may have to buy a jig. Yes, super strong. I test it by myself. It's way overkilled.
JamesHe
Do you think pocket screws are better at strength? If so, I may have to buy a jig. Yeap, I did all my DIY woodworking project with it. no failure so far. It's about 250lbs per level. on 8x 2" screws. piece of cake. Elo500
Can you take a pic of your rack showing the tanks? Looks like space to the right if the 20 but how much? Any trouble getting it level on the floor? No wobble?

Any trouble getting it level on the floor? No wobble? Sure, I will take a picture tomorrow. I add about 3/8" on the right side to level the rack. I saw people using 2x2 for the similar size rack, so 2x4 is very strong and overkill.
