Jenooba
Hey guys, first post here. So I was at my LFS earlier this week and came across this little lady in their shrimp tank. When I asked them about it, they told me that it was a mature Blue Velvet and that they thought she might be pregnant. At the very least I thought the colouration was interesting, and so I of course brought her home. Wish I could get some better pictures for you, but what do you think? Preggers, maybe? Is it actually a Blue Velvet?
jem_xxiii
Looks like she is pregnant from the second pic. Can you see any eggs?
Jenooba
The colouration is very dark and opaque. I cant see anything inside the body and nothing on the swimerettes. I was just curious because her body is really thick where it should begin to taper off toward the tail.
Soothing Shrimp
In the 2nd pic, she looks like she has pigment on the hood? If so, she may be carbon rili.
