35ppt
purigen/charcoal, what a good idea. yes, vacuums pump out exhaust, and how much/what size particles will depend on the vac filter. but you've vacuumed before, right? How much did you handle the food when you fed it?
fishcrazy
The tank looks like it has recovered. I'm doing the daily dose of stability. I have sponge filters so I don't think I can add Purigen to them. I broke the sticks into smaller pieces to feed. I haven't did another water change since the initial one I did after I saw the deaths. Maybe some of the particles were on my hands because I did empty the vacuum cleaner a few times in between vacuuming each room. All other tanks are doing good as well. I saw a few molts and new berried moms. I feed them some CSF baby pro and all looked good. Soothing Shrimp
Soothing Shrimp
You can wedge the purigen in back of your sponge filter if desired, and it will be fine.
