Diana
Last week I found a berried female that had a small amount of eggs, which were dark in color. Today I found another berried mother with a full belly of yellow eggs...to many to count. Is it normal to have Blue Rili Shrimp with a variety of color and amount of eggs? Does the fact that my shrimp are breeding mean that my tank is in good shape. I am so new to this and am just figuring out the water chemistry stuff...so nervous that I am making rookie mistakes. SeñorShrimpster
I'm new to this myself but based on what I know and have seen on here, I would say you are doing great. Pretty sure that is normal, the other one may have dropped some maybe? Diana
Mr. F
Yes, my carbon (or blue) rili shrimp eggs start white or yellow and turn blue when they're closer to maturing. Diana
