Soothing Shrimp
I don't think food will change genetics.
Subtletanks91
Not even if that's the only food available for ten years? Like how iguanas evolved to marina and land iguanas hahaha
Soothing Shrimp
I'm sure you could evelutionize shrimp if you did little by little. If 99% die and 1% survive, that is the start of evolution.
Subtletanks91
Hmmmmm. I wonder. Lets evolve crystals to salt water tanks!!! And then back to freshwater.

Subtletanks91
Hmmm. I wonder if its possible to breed shrimp or force evolve them to do this. Keep them in an inch of water slowly leading to land. And over the years simulate droughts with 1cm of water. I over hink eveyhing guys. Puddles
I've been working on some food as well. I ran my dehydrator today and powdered a bunch of veggies and some additional supplements. Rceived my agar in the mail today. I'll post some updates when I make it this weekend. Duff0712
Duff0712
what dehydrator do you use? found an inexpensive one on amazon but haven't pulled the trigger yet
Subtletanks91
I think the ones that have the most footprint room would be best, IMO you can dehydrate more at once.

Puddles
what dehydrator do you use? found an inexpensive one on amazon but haven't pulled the trigger yet I have a Nesco brand I got for Christmas a few years ago. It has 8 trays that are 2 feet in diameter so it holds a lot. It works great, I definitely recommend that brand but I believe they are on the expensive side of things. Subtletanks91
Alternatively you could put a fan over it outside and let it sun dry haha
Puddles
I looked at sun drying but the consensus is your weather has to be 90+, low humidity, and it can take up to 3 days. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Subtletanks91
That's true, haha I just got my lactobacillus acidophilus in today, just waiting for the brewers yeast for my other probiotic. My vitamins. And then I can go to the store buy the whets gluten, soy protein isolate and fishes and clams and squids and I can make my food. Super super excited
