Aquatic Athlete
Hey everyone, after about half a decade off of fish keeping, I've found myself diving right back in. I'm keeping a 29gallon, planted tank for shrimp keeping. I purchased my first stock and they are happy and healthy, however. I've run into a problem. ⚠️I bought them from Petco, the store listed them as an "Orange Bee" Neocaridina sp. To my knowledge, Bee shrimp were Caridina shrimp.⚠️ If anyone can help me.identify these, I'd be grateful. My water is pretty tinted with tannins so they looked whiter then normal in some of these. The first 3 photos, are of one specimen in a plastic cup. Sorry for the bombardment of photos. These 7 were hard to find, and I was hoping to get more, but I need to know what they are first. TheGardenofEder
Just orange neos ignore the bee part I've already changed this for one wholesaler in Florida but there's a few others that get from the same source and for what ever reason they have neos labled as orange bees. A bunch of shrimp were misslabled at seagrest.

You're the first person brave enough to answer this. Any comment on the quality?
TheGardenofEder
They are nice I like the opal white look to them but after they relax a bit and stress goes away it should return to yellow at least all mine did. Better then most yellows available.
Aquatic Athlete
These were last night, after how long should I know if they'll stay with those whiteish bands? Couple weeks for stress to go down?
