Jamisondaniel33
Hello so I currently have 120 cherry shrimp and noticed that within the batch I also am getting an orange color shrimp and some wild type neocaridina. Is this common, and if so would it be wise to selectively start breeding for these variations? I only have room to really breed for one color type what would you guys recommend? wyzazz
If you leave the orange in you run the risk of degrading your line (although if they are just cherries you may not care), otherwise give the little orange guy away or setup a cull tub/tank. I'm lucky enough to have several tanks so when I get a weird neo, I put them in a tank with the proper color or toss them into the cull tank.
